Biography

Ph.D., MIT 1993

Prof. Milanfar received a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering/Mathematics from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Ph.D. degree in EECS from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Prior to coming to UCSC, he was with SRI International (formerly Stanford Research Institute) and a Consulting Professor of Computer Science at Stanford. He is a Fellow of the IEEE.
